Meeting minutes 25 January 2010

MEETING CALLED TO ORDER 6:30 pm

MEMBRS IN ATTENDANCE:  Gerald Wells, Murray Akers

PREVIOUS MINUTES:  Sent out to all members earlier.

TREASURER’S REPORT – ZANE TEETERS:  Zane was unable to attend tonight’s meeting.

CORRRESPONDING SECRETARY’E REPORT – MARGARET DUNN:  Margaret was unable to attend tonight’s meeting.

BOOK COMMITTEE REPORT – MURRAY AKERS:  Nothing to report.

OLD BUSINESS:  Proposal to consider alternating meeting site was tabled due to lack of attendance.

Gerald Wells agreed to continue to serve as Vice-President during the

current year.

The December Dinner Meeting was cancelled due to lack of interest on the part of our members.  What a shame!!

NEW BUSINESS – NONE
