ANDERSON—Richard White (neta2@spiritone.com) is trying to find Robert H. Anderson b, b. 1795, KY and wife Jane Woods, b. 1796, KY and possibly his parents.  Children:  William J., b. 1882, IN and married Elizabeth? 1848, possibly in Ballard County;  James H., b. 1825 IN; Elizabeth H., b. 1830 IN;  Milton D., b. 1833 IN;  G.J., b. 1849 KY.  William H. (sic)  returned to Ballard by 1850 Census, as did Robert H. and family.  In our Ballard County History files we have the names of William and Milton Anderson – late 1800s instead of earlier.

IRVAN – Carolyn Parker (carolyn.parker@murraystate.edu)  is trying to find an obituary for George T. Irvan who died March 6, 1921 in Carlisle County and is buried in Bardwell Cemetery.  He was born in Calloway Co. and in 1920 was living in California with wife and daughter.  Why was he buried in Bardwell?

THOMASON – Sharon Johnson (rocquee@msn.com).    Wants to find descendants of here cousin Martha Henrietta Blackburn Thomason, born Aug 27 1878 or 1880.  She was daughter of Sarah E. Johnson and Alfred Blackburn.  Married in Ballard County in 1880 to Amos Thomason about 1900 and had several children.  She died in Carlisle County Jul 8, 1938.  (Our files do show a contact person for this Thomason family).

LUCAS – David Hayes (d56h@partysurplus.com) wants to find parents of his grandfather, Thomas J.(?) Lucas who was born in Carlisle County Feb 22, 1875 or 1875.  One needs to check the Ballard County Census of 1880 or before.  We found no Lucan in Carlisle County Censuses of 1900-1930.  One possibility is that he has the wrong Carlisle – could be the town in Nicholas County..
